Classification of galvanized sheets
According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:
① Hot dip galvanized steel sheet. The thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously dipped in the bath with melted zinc to make galvanized steel plate;
② Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot dip method, but it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after being out of the tank, so that it can generate zinc and iron alloy films. The galvanized sheet has good coating tightness and weldability;
③ Electro galvanized steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet produced by electroplating has good processability. However, the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet;
④ Single side and double side differential galvanized steel sheets. Single side galvanized steel plate, that is, products that are galvanized only on one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, anti rust treatment, processing, etc. In order to overcome the disadvantage that one side is not coated with zinc, another kind of galvanized sheet is coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided galvanized sheet;
⑤ Alloy and composite galvanized steel sheet. It is made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc and other alloys and even composite plated steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent rust resistance, but also has good painting performance;
In addition to the above five types, there are also colored galvanized steel sheets, printed galvanized steel sheets, PVC laminated galvanized steel sheets, etc. However, the most commonly used is still hot-dip galvanized sheet.
